Music License Coordinator Needed Seeking a Music License Coordinator for a small indie film project. This is a short-term contract role with immediate start. Seaking a detail-oriented assistant to retrieve and organize existing Pond5 music licenses for the indie film Inmates With Talent. Primary responsibilities Organizing and cataloging existing Pond5 music licenses Tracking down license documents Preparing a clean, distributor-ready music clearance folder Advising on any additional music needs for E&O insurance Ideal candidate has experience with Royalty-free libraries (Pond5, Artlist, PremiumBeat, etc.) Indie film workflows Music cue sheets and basic clearance requirements Additional responsibilities Retrieve Pond5 licenses from account history or contributor records Organize license PDFs by track title, contributor, and usage Create a simple spreadsheet listing each track's license status Ensure all files are ready for distributor review Ideal candidate Familiar with Pond5 or similar royalty-free platforms Strong organizational and file-management skills Experience with indie film documentation Contract: Short-term, remote, immediate start This is a Contracted position in the field of Commercial, Corporate, & Pro Video Production , located in Los Angeles, CA .
