What You’ll Do

• Lead, recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team


• Coach and mentor sales professionals to consistently exceed goals


• Drive accountability and ensure company standards are met


• Support and assist the Finance Department as needed


• Step in to close deals and handle customer escalations with professionalism


• Create a premium, customer-first buying experience


• Foster a positive, competitive, and team-oriented culture

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Automotive Sales Manager experience


• F&I and special finance expertise


• Documented track record of success and performance


• Exceptional leadership and communication skills


• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays


• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, driven attitude


• Professional appearance and strong customer presence


• Willingness to complete background check and drug screening
