Senior UAT Executor

This is a Sr. UAT Executor role and is planned to be extended until 7/31/24 as soon as it is filled. The person for this role will hold a senior position. The expectations of the role include advanced UAT + automation experience as required.

We need a business-minded person who can:

• Collaborate with the UAT, Product Owner, and IT teams to build upon and improve existing test processes based on prior experience.
• Create efficient, repeatable reporting related to test case and defect status.
• Interact with end users and create test result demos/status presentations.
• Determine Test Scenarios/Conditions based on requirements and business user interviews.
• Create both manual and automated scripts for execution based on test scenarios/conditions. Experience required with automated scripting tools. Cypress tool is preferred, but I understand it isn’t as common as others.
• Execute manual scripts for UI testing.
• Drive defect prioritization and remediation.
• Document and report on defects.
• Process flow/MS Visio experience preferred.

Interview Process: 1 round

Project: Create E2E UAT (User Acceptance Testing) plan for a new system and lead the execution, track/prioritize defects.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain UAT plan.
• Track and prioritize UAT defect remediation.
• Coordinate and execute UAT plan.

Ideal candidate background:

• User acceptance testing and automation of test script experience.
• Coordination of large scale testing efforts.
• Health card ID Card/Print Material background is a bonus with experience working with external print vendors.

Required: 3+ years system testing background
