The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of graphic design principles, color theory, and printing techniques, with the ability to collaborate with designers and production staff to ensure accurate and vibrant print results. Responsibilities Set up and operate screen printing machinery efficiently, ensuring precise registration and color matching. Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for printing, maintaining quality standards throughout the production process. Collaborate with graphic designers. Adjust print settings based on artwork specifications, substrate type, and desired effects. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the printing area to promote safety and efficiency. Perform quality control checks on printed products to ensure color accuracy, sharpness, and overall quality. Troubleshoot technical issues related to screen printing equipment or print quality. . Follow safety protocols and best practices for handling inks, chemicals, and machinery. Qualifications Proven experience in screen printing or related graphic arts fields is preferred. Knowledge of art direction, typography, color theory, visual design principles, and layout design. Strong understanding of print advertising, illustration techniques, interior or production design is advantageous. Ability to interpret digital artwork files accurately and prepare them for high-quality screen printing. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
