Job Description Job Description The Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining printing presses to ensure high-quality printed materials. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to monitor production processes efficiently to meet deadlines and quality standards. Responsibilities Set up printing presses according to job specifications. Operate presses safely and efficiently during production runs. Monitor printing quality and make adjustments as needed. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipment. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet deadlines. Maintain accurate production logs and ability to read all documentation. Requirements Knowledge in running an M&R automatic screen printing press is REQUIRED. Taping screens, setting up a press, loading shirts, and printing all a requirement Quality control experience required and high attention to detail Setting up and registering print jobs Knowledge and experience in mixing of inks Experience in a screen printing shop a must, no less than 4 years on press experience Punctual- MUST arrive on time, be at work everyday (7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 2:00pm Friday) Ability to multi-task is preferred Send resume with work experience- serious inquiries only \nCompany Description Distinct Images started in 2001 with a primary goal of giving clients superior customer service, excellent quality and complete project management for all of their logo item and promotional product needs within the Advertising Specialty Industry (ASI).
