Managing the operational needs of multiple office locations, the full-time remote Facilities Manager will oversee day-to-day office readiness, lead office growth and expansion efforts, and manage firmwide mail operations while ensuring a consistent workplace experience across all sites. Key responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operational needs of physical offices and virtual locations, ensuring clear ownership and standards Drive the facilities work required for office openings, relocations, and expansions, coordinating vendors and tracking dependencies Lead the end-to-end mail operations process, continuously improving workflows to ensure timely and accurate mail handling Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a similar multi-site operational role 2+ years of people leadership experience with a proven ability to coach performance and build reliable teams Experience managing multiple physical locations and vendor relationships Strong project-management skills with experience in coordinating office openings and relocations Ability to create scalable processes and SOPs in a fast-paced environment
